Role Description
We are looking for a
highly capable and experienced Office Manager
to be the backbone of our Riyadh headquarters.
This is a
full-time, on-site role
for a driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced real estate environment, can
wear multiple hats
with excellence, and brings unwavering
loyalty, dedication, and integrity
to everything they do.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize all daily office operations and workflows
- Manage executive schedules, meetings, and travel coordination
- Handle all company correspondence professionally
- Supervise office supplies, facilities, and vendor relationships
- Support HR administrative functions including onboarding
- Coordinate across departments to ensure smooth communication
- Maintain confidential records and company documentation with full discretion
- Provide high-level support to senior management and stakeholders
- Monitor and analyze financial reports, budgets, and key performance numbers
- Support project management activities and track project milestones
- Assist in reviewing feasibility studies and investment reports
- Ensure adherence to corporate governance policies and procedures

Saudi National — Required
- **Minimum 5 years**
- of proven experience as an Office Manager or Senior Administrative role
- Exceptional
- multitasking
- abilities — comfortable managing competing priorities under pressure
- Strong sense of
- loyalty, dedication, and professional integrity
- **Solid understanding of corporate governance**
- principles and compliance
- Strong ability to
- read, analyze, and interpret financial data
- and reports
- Background in
- project management
- — tracking milestones, deliverables, and timelines
- Familiarity with
- feasibility studies
- and investment documentation
- Outstanding organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in
(Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- University degree in
Business Administration, Finance
- , or a related field
- ⭐ Preferred
- Previous experience in the
Real Estate or Investment
- sector
- Experience supporting
- C-level executives
- **Familiarity with ERP or project coordination tools**
- **Bilingual: Arabic & English**
