About This Role
Make Fortune is looking for an Office Administrator with a pleasant personality to join our team in Dubai.
- Hospitality background is strongly preferred
- Salary: 5,000 AED
- Location: Dubai, Media City
- Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday–Friday (5/2)
- Benefits: Visa + Medical Insurance from Day 1

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Welcome visitors and handle calls & correspondence
- Coordinate meetings, travel, and office logistics
- Maintain office supplies and liaise with vendors
- Support HR with job postings & interview coordination
- Handle documents, basic admin tasks, and reporting
- Assist management with personal and business tasks
Requirements:
- Young lady with a positive, professional attitude
- Hospitality / customer-facing experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Good English (spoken & written)
