Zahr Freighters is seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations in our Dubai office. This role is ideal for a professional who can ensure smooth office functioning, support team coordination, and maintain an efficient work environment within a fast-paced logistics company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily office operations and administrative activities.
- Supervise office staff and ensure efficient workflow across departments.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with different departments to support business operations.
- Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and procurement processes.
- Handle scheduling, meetings, and internal communications.
- Ensure proper maintenance of office facilities and equipment.
- Monitor office budgets and control administrative expenses.
- Prepare reports and assist management with planning and decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in office management or administrative roles.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and office management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
- Experience in logistics or freight companies is an advantage.
