About This Role

Transguard Workforce Solutions is a leading provider of unique and innovative HR solutions. With a decade of experience in the region and a team that possesses extensive knowledge of the market, we provide a fully integrated HR solution.

We are currently recruiting an Office Manager & IT Specialist for our client to be based out of their Abu Dhabi Office.

Purpose-

The office manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, Supporting IT infrastructure and systems, Ensuring efficient, secure, and well-organized business operations and Handling both administrative duties and hands-on IT support.

Responsibilities-

Office Administration & Coordination

  • Oversee daily office operations
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and materials
  • Organize meetings, schedules, and appointments
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies

Staff & Administrative Support

  • Support onboarding and training of employees.
  • Act as a point of contact for stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative and documentation support.

Facilities & Vendor Management

  • Coordinate vendors (onboarding, payments, services)
  • Liaise with external service providers
  • Ensure office is safe, clean, and well-maintained

IT Systems & Support

  • Maintain IT infrastructure, workstations, and applications
  • Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
  • Escalate complex IT issues when required

IT Governance & Security

  • Ensure systems are updated and compliant with policies
  • Support cybersecurity and IT controls
  • Maintain IT inventory
  • Oversee hardware/software procurement

Skills-

  • 4–7 years of experience in office management and/or IT support (preferably in financial services).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good knowledge of Windows systems, Microsoft 365, Networking basics and Cybersecurity best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
