Job Description

  • Manage the CEO's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO.
  • Prepare and review documents, reports, and presentations for the CEO's office.
  • Supervise administrative staff to ensure the smooth running of the office.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the CEO's office, maintaining professional relationships with stakeholders.
  • Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion.
  • Oversee logistical arrangements for meetings and events involving the CEO.
  • Identify and implement improvements to office processes and procedures.

The Successful Applicant

  • A relevant degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, in the property industry or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities in English and Arabic.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Experience in managing executive-level schedules and priorities.
