Overview

A prestigious, industry recognised, multi-billion dollar AUM hedge fund are looking to make an ‘Office Manager’ hire ahead of its Q3 Abu Dhabi office launch.

This standalone position offers a hybrid remit, consisting of Office Management, Building and Facilities Management, Vendor Procurement & Executive Assistant responsibilities.

The role also directly supports the marketing team, leading investment professionals and members of the firm’s senior management team that you will face off to.

Candidates should currently be an office manager / executive assistant / PA, ideally with 3-10yrs years of relevant experience, a degree and excellent communication skills (English language).

This is a very exciting role for an ambitious individual looking to develop themselves in a highly autonomous role, supporting an industry-leading team.

The successful candidate can expect to receive a large increase on his/her current base salary (we expect a +20% minimum) and a bonus that would make up a large % of this number for a top performer.
