We are seeking a commercially minded Senior Investment Manager to take a leading role in executing investments and driving the strategy.
Role
Working directly with senior leadership, you will play a key role in sourcing, executing, and actively managing investments.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and is comfortable taking full ownership of transactions and asset performance, from acquisition through to exit.
Responsibilities
- Leading execution and asset management across investments
- Coordinating with external partners
- Identifying and evaluating new investment opportunities
- Supporting underwriting, structuring, and investment decisions
- Managing timelines, budgets, and project delivery
Candidate Profile
- 8+ years’ experience in real estate investment or asset management
- Experience working within a family office, private investor, or similar environment preferred
- Strong understanding of the UAE real estate market is essential
- Highly autonomous, commercially driven, and comfortable in a lean environment
- Background in development is not required, but exposure to value-add strategies is beneficial
- Based in the region with relevant local market experience is essential
