Overview
The ideal candidate will be able to effectively coordinate meetings and other office events.
Provides direct executive and operational support to the Director of Leadership Office.
Manages calendar, prioritization flow, office logistics, and coordination activities to ensure disciplined scheduling, structured follow-through, and effective management of inflow to the Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Director’s daily calendar, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and sequencing of engagements
- Screen meeting requests and task inflow, acting as first filter before escalation to the Director
- Coordinate meeting logistics, including agenda confirmation, materials consolidation, and follow-up tracking
- Maintain structured tracking of tasks assigned to or by the Director to ensure timely closure
- Serve as coordination point between the Director and internal stakeholders
- Prepare daily and weekly schedule summaries highlighting key priorities and conflicts
- Manage office logistics including supplies, vendor coordination, travel arrangements, and administrative compliance
Experience
- and Skills :
- 5+ years in executive assistant or office management roles
- Strong calendar management and prioritization capability
- High discretion and confidentiality discipline
- Excellent organizational and follow-through skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, senior-facing environments
