Job Description:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily office operations in our Abu Dhabi office. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth administrative processes, coordinate with teams, and maintain an efficient and professional office environment. This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow.
- Manage administrative staff and delegate tasks as needed.
- Develop, implement, and improve office policies and procedures.
- Coordinate office activities and internal communications.
- Handle office budgets, expenses, and resource allocation.
- Maintain office records, documentation, and filing systems.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Support management in planning and organizing meetings and events.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: AED172,000.00 - AED175,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
