High Designs Swimming Pool Company is a leading swimming pool solutions provider in the UAE.
We are looking for a driven and organized Office Manager to be the backbone of our operations.
💼 Salary: AED 3,000 – 3,500
🕗 Working Hours: Monday – Saturday \| 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
📍 Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE \| Full-Time \| On-Site
Key Responsibilities
▸ Oversee all day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
▸ Supervise office staff and maintain a productive work environment
▸ Follow up on current and new projects with project teams
▸ Handle client and supplier communications and scheduling
▸ Prepare reports, memos, and internal correspondence
▸ Manage office supplies, records, and vendor relationships
Requirements
▸ Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
▸ Strong organizational and communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus)
▸ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
▸ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
▸ Experience in construction or contracting is an advantage
