We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily administrative and operational activities within our organization.
In this role, you will ensure the smooth running of office functions, support internal teams, and maintain efficient business operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations and administrative workflows.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communications.
- Maintain office records, documentation, and filing systems.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
- Support HR and finance teams with administrative tasks as required.
- Assist in onboarding and coordinating new employees.
- Organize company events, meetings, and team activities.
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and office-related costs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
- Identify and implement improvements to office efficiency and processes.
Requirements
- Previous experience in office administration, coordination, or management roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
- Professional attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
- Experience with administrative systems or workflow tools is an advantage.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
