As our Office Manager, you'll be at the heart of our Dubai office, helping colleagues focus on the work that really matters.

About The Role
- You will be part of a team whose role is to develop business for Cambridge International in MENA.
- The role includes:
- Office Administration: ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office
- Finance Coordination: liaising with Head Office Finance, managing procurement processes, invoices, purchase orders, and timely expense submissions
- Process Improvement & Collaboration: proactively supporting the enhancement of policies, processes, and systems
- Functional Support: assisting with marketing and training activities
- Compliance: ensuring all local legal entity governance requirements are completed, documented, and maintained
- This position has been classified as a hybrid role, requiring the selected candidate to typically spend 40-60% of their time collaborating and connecting face-to-face at their dedicated location.

About You
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal; other local languages are desirable.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and organised, and calm under pressure.
- Ability to build and maintain excellent personal and business relationships.
- Previous experience in Office management, finance and Compliance.
- You have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with senior managers. You know how to work in and with a team, and you have good negotiation skills
- Autonomous: you know how to report in a synthetic and efficient way, you are enthusiastic and creative, tenacious to push projects and flexible in the face of emerging and changing requirements. You are at ease in a constantly changing environment.
