About This Role
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve Arabic coffee (Gahwa) and other beverages to management, staff, and visitors in a professional manner.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of office premises, including workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, and common areas.
Ensure proper housekeeping standards are maintained at all times.
Assist in arranging meeting rooms and serving refreshments during meetings.
Handle office errands such as document delivery, photocopying, and basic administrative support.
Monitor and replenish pantry and cleaning supplies as required.
Support staff with daily operational needs.
Ensure proper handling and care of office equipment and materials.
Follow all health and safety regulations while performing duties.
