AUM DEVELOPMENT is seeking a reliable and hardworking Office Boy / Cleaner.
The role maintains office cleanliness and supports smooth day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the office, meeting rooms, pantry, reception, and common areas.
- Dust, sweep, mop, and clean office furniture, floors, and surfaces regularly.
- Clean and maintain washrooms and keep them stocked with necessary supplies.
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and drinking water to employees and guests when required.
- Keep the pantry clean and organized, including washing cups, glasses, and utensils.
- Assist with basic office errands and administrative support.
- Arrange meeting rooms before and after meetings.
- Monitor and replenish office, pantry, and cleaning supplies.
- Dispose of waste properly and maintain waste segregation.
- Support the office team with other reasonable tasks assigned by management.
- Follow company health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Office Boy, Cleaner, Office Assistant, or in a similar role is preferred.
- Basic communication skills in English.
- Good personal hygiene and a neat appearance.
- Responsible, punctual, and hardworking approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- UAE experience is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,500 to AED 3,500 per month.
Work Location
- Work is performed in person.
