About This Role

Job Summary

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Office Attendant to assist with daily office activities and maintain cleanliness within the office premises.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
  • Maintain cleanliness of office premises, pantry, and meeting rooms.
  • Handle photocopying, scanning, filing, and document distribution.
  • Assist in opening and closing office activities.
  • Monitor and replenish pantry and office supplies.
  • Support staff with basic office assistance duties.
  • Ensure office furniture and equipment are arranged properly.
  • Dispose of waste and maintain hygiene standards.
  • Perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Basic reading and communication skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks on time.
  • Good attitude and willingness to support office operations.
  • Physically fit and able to handle routine office tasks.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
