Job Summary
We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Office Attendant to assist with daily office activities and maintain cleanliness within the office premises.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
- Maintain cleanliness of office premises, pantry, and meeting rooms.
- Handle photocopying, scanning, filing, and document distribution.
- Assist in opening and closing office activities.
- Monitor and replenish pantry and office supplies.
- Support staff with basic office assistance duties.
- Ensure office furniture and equipment are arranged properly.
- Dispose of waste and maintain hygiene standards.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Basic reading and communication skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks on time.
- Good attitude and willingness to support office operations.
- Physically fit and able to handle routine office tasks.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
