About This Role

Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and organized Office Assistant to join our upcoming cosmetic hospital in Sharjah.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily office and administrative tasks.
  • Handle filing, document management, and data entry work.
  • Support staff with office coordination and operational requirements.
  • Maintain office cleanliness and organize supplies when needed.
  • Assist in handling calls, scheduling, and basic front office support.
  • Deliver documents and support internal communication between departments.
  • Ensure office equipment and supplies are properly maintained.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an Office Assistant or similar role preferred.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a team environment.
  • Professional attitude and punctuality.
  • Fluency in English preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare or clinic environments is an added advantage.
