Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and organized Office Boy / Office Assistant to support the daily operations of our office.
The candidate will be responsible for maintaining office cleanliness, assisting staff with administrative tasks, handling refreshments, managing office supplies, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office support services.
Responsibilities
- Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors
- Maintain cleanliness of the office, pantry, meeting rooms, and workspaces
- Handle photocopying, scanning, filing, and document distribution
- Assist with office errands, deliveries, and collection of documents
- Monitor and replenish pantry and office supplies
- Support HR and Administration departments with basic office tasks
- Ensure proper organization of office materials and storage areas
- Assist visitors and provide general office support when required
- Follow company policies and maintain professional conduct at all times
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an Office Boy or Office Assistant
- Basic communication skills in English
- Well-groomed, polite, and professional attitude
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently
- Basic knowledge of office procedures and hygiene standards
- Physically fit and able to handle routine office tasks
- Honest, punctual, and responsible
