Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Office Assistant located in Riyadh.
The Office Assistant will handle various clerical duties, manage office equipment, maintain organization, and provide administrative support.
Daily responsibilities include answering phone calls, managing office correspondence, assisting with scheduling, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
Qualifications
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and effectively
- Experience in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including managing documents and scheduling
- Proficiency in handling and maintaining Office Equipment
- Excellent organizational abilities and multitasking skills
- Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information securely
- Basic computer literacy, including knowledge of office software such as MS Office
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in office administration are a plus
