Switzel International is looking for a **strong and proactive Administrator** with basic accounting knowledge to support the **CEO**.
This is a key role that will assist across **HR, Accounts, and Business Development (BD)** functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide **Office administrative support** to the CEO.
- Assist in **HR activities** including documentation, onboarding, employee records, and coordination.
- Support **accounting tasks** such as invoices, expense tracking, and basic financial documentation.
- Support Coordinate with the BD team on proposals, documentation, and client communications.
- Maintain organized records, reports, and correspondence.
- Handle office coordination, scheduling, and follow-ups across departments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in **Business Administration, Accounting, or related field**.
- **3–6 years of experience** in administration with exposure to accounting tasks.
- Good understanding of **basic accounting principles** and office processes.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in **MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)**.
- Ability to handle confidential information and work independently.
