Our client, a leading law firm, is seeking an experienced and professional Front Office Executive to join its Doha office.

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support, ensure the smooth running of front office operations, and deliver exceptional client service at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide full administrative support to the front office and wider business as require
  • d.Perform general administrative duties including scanning, printing, typing, formatting, and document managemen
  • t.Draft correspondence, reports, and other documentation as requeste
  • d.Transcribe documents from dictation accurately and efficientl
  • y.Manage calendars, contact databases, meeting schedules, and travel arrangement
  • s.Prepare and maintain time entry records using the firm's time recording syste
  • m.Liaise professionally with clients, external contacts, and internal stakeholder
  • s.Maintain and organise both physical and electronic filing system
  • s.Provide reception and front-of-house support when require
  • d.Maintain subscriptions, publications, memberships, and alliances with external organisation
  • s.Support the firm's compliance processes and related administrative requirement
  • s.Undertake additional duties as assigned by managemen

Requireme

  • Must be currently based in Doha, Qa
  • tar.Minimum 3–5 years' experience in a similar administrative or front office role within a professional services environm
  • ent.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline prefer
  • red.Fluent in both Arabic and English, with excellent written and verbal communication ski
  • lls.Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectiv
  • ely.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPo
  • int.Professional, client-focused approach with strong interpersonal skills and attention to det
