About This Role
Abu Dhabi–based Construction Company is seeking Administration Staff.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Hindi and English (spoken and written)
- Prior administrative experience preferred
- Candidates on a spouse visa will be given preference
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule meetings for the Managing Director
- Act as Secretary to the Managing Director
- Prepare meeting agendas and maintain minutes of meetings
- Manage correspondence and administrative documentation
- Follow up on assigned tasks and coordinate with departments
Work Location: In person
