We are looking for a qualified and proactive HSE Officer to oversee health, safety, and environmental practices at the workplace.
The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements while promoting a strong safety culture across all operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures
- Conduct site inspections and risk assessments
- Ensure compliance with local HSE regulations and company standards
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety training sessions
- Prepare HSE reports and maintain safety records
- Monitor PPE compliance and safe work practices
- Coordinate emergency response procedures and drills
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety or related field
- NEBOSH / IOSH certification preferred
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant UAE experience
