Are you passionate about real estate and driven by sales?
Alarfeen Real Estate is expanding its Off Plan Division and is looking for ambitious, motivated, and experienced Off Plan Property Consultants to join our growing team in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage qualified leads for off-plan property sales.
- Build strong relationships with clients and understand their investment goals.
- Present and promote off-plan projects from Dubai's leading developers.
- Conduct property viewings, project presentations, and client meetings.
- Guide clients through the complete sales process from inquiry to booking.
- Stay updated on the latest market trends, project launches, and developer offerings.
- Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai real estate, preferably in off-plan sales.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai's off-plan property market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
- Valid UAE Driving License and own vehicle are preferred.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
