Overview
We are looking for experienced **Off-Plan Real Estate Female Sales Consultants** to join our growing team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in Dubai's real estate market, strong sales skills, and experience working with off-plan property projects.

Requirements
- Minimum **2–3 years of Dubai real estate experience**
- Proven experience in **off-plan property sales**
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to generate leads and close deals
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Good knowledge of Dubai's real estate market
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluency in **Russian, Mandarin Chinese, German, French, Italian, Spanish, or other European languages**
- Experience working with international investors and overseas buyers
- Existing client network is an advantage
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell off-plan properties across Dubai
- Conduct property presentations and client meetings
- Generate and follow up on leads
- Build long-term relationships with investors and buyers
- Stay updated on new project launches and market trends
- Achieve monthly sales targets
