About the Role

The Off‑Plan Property Sales Consultant will focus on selling new‑development and under‑construction projects across Abu Dhabi’s leading developers. The role requires strong market knowledge, excellent client‑facing skills, and the ability to guide investors and end‑users through the full off‑plan sales cycle. You will represent the company in a fast‑growing market and contribute directly to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell off‑plan projects from major Abu Dhabi developers.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of clients through networking, referrals, and lead follow‑up.
  • Conduct property presentations, project briefings, and site visits with potential buyers.
  • Advise clients on payment plans, investment returns, handover timelines, and market trends.
  • Negotiate offers and close deals in line with company standards and UAE regulations.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of all available projects, launches, and developer incentives.
  • Coordinate with marketing, listings, and admin teams to ensure smooth sales operations.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Represent the company professionally at events, exhibitions, and client meetings.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in real estate sales, ideally in off‑plan or new‑development projects.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build trust and long‑term relationships with clients.
  • Understanding of Abu Dhabi’s real estate market and developer landscape is an advantage.
  • Self‑driven, target‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a car.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or French are a plus.
