The position is commission-only and performance-based.
Responsibilities
- Source and qualify investors for Dubai off-plan developments.
- Present opportunities aligned with clients' financial goals and conduct virtual or in-person consultations.
- Maintain relationships with developers and project sales teams; monitor trends, launches, and pricing.
- Manage deals from lead generation to closing and build a personal brand in luxury real estate.
Requirements
- Dubai real estate experience is required; off-plan experience is preferred.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills; ability to generate leads and build a pipeline.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, client-focused, and professional, with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
- RERA certification or willingness to obtain it.
Compensation
- Commission-only compensation; the posting describes high earning potential but provides no salary cadence or amount.
