The employer seeks an Investment Advisor – Off-Plan for its Dubai team.

Key responsibilities
- Source and qualify investors for Dubai off-plan developments.
- Present investment opportunities aligned with clients' financial goals.
- Conduct property consultations and virtual and in-person presentations.
- Maintain relationships with developers and project sales teams.
- Stay current on market trends, launches, and pricing strategies.
- Manage the sales cycle from lead generation through deal closure.
- Build and maintain a personal brand in the luxury real estate sector.
Requirements
- Experience in Dubai real estate; off-plan experience is preferred.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Ability to generate leads and build a pipeline.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- RERA certification or willingness to obtain it.
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
- Candidates should be comfortable with commission-only compensation.
Compensation
- The role is commission-only, with potential earnings tied to performance rather than a fixed salary.
