Role Description
- We are looking for an experienced Odoo ERP Functional Consultant / Odoo Implementation Expert to configure, customize, and optimize our Odoo system based on our travel business operations.
- This project includes implementation and customization of:
- CRM
- Sales
• Finance / Accounting
- HR
- The consultant will be responsible for understanding our business workflow, configuring modules, setting up automations, improving reporting structures, and ensuring smooth operational integration across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and customize Odoo modules based on company workflows
- Implement CRM pipeline automation and reporting
- Configure Finance and Accounting workflows
- Set up HR structure and employee management processes
- Improve sales and lead management processes
- Create dashboards, automations, and user access structures
- Provide implementation guidance, testing, and staff training
- Support integration and optimization of business operations
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong experience in Odoo ERP implementation and customization
- Experience with Odoo Online and Odoo Studio
- Good understanding of CRM, Sales, Finance, and HR workflows
- Experience working with travel, hospitality, or service-based businesses is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and communicate clearly
