About This Role
Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Full-Stack Odoo Developer responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining Odoo applications.
The ideal candidate should have strong backend and frontend development skills, with hands-on experience in Odoo framework, business workflows, and integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules (both Community & Enterprise)
- Design and implement new business functionalities in Odoo
- Work on backend logic using Python and PostgreSQL
- Develop and enhance frontend interfaces using JavaScript, XML, and QWeb
- Integrate Odoo with third-party systems (APIs, payment gateways, ERP systems)
- Customize existing modules such as Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc.
- Debug and fix issues, optimize performance, and ensure scalability
- Participate in code reviews and maintain clean, maintainable code
- Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Handle Odoo upgrades and migrations between versions
Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical Skills
- Strong experience with
- Odoo Framework (v12–v17 or later)
- Proficiency in
Python
- Solid knowledge of
PostgreSQL
- Experience with
JavaScript, HTML, CSS
- Familiarity with
- Odoo ORM, QWeb, and XML views
- Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations
- Understanding of MVC architecture
Preferred Skills
- Experience with
OWL framework (Odoo Web Library)
- Knowledge of
Docker, Git, CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or similar)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Experience
- 2–5+ years of experience in Odoo development (depending on role level)
- Proven experience in full-stack development
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Soft Skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
