We are Hiring: Odoo Developer (Full Stack – Frontend & Backend)
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated **Odoo Developer** to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end development, including both **frontend and backend customization**, system enhancement, and ongoing support of Odoo applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules across frontend and backend
- Understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Work on Odoo core modules such as Sales, Purchase, CRM, Accounting, Inventory.
- Design and implement integrations with third-party systems and APIs
- Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
- Create and customize views, reports, and dashboards
- Manage data import/export using Odoo tools and custom Python scripts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system workflows
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of **Python** and core programming concepts
- Complete understanding of **Odoo architecture and workflow**
- Hands-on experience with **Odoo ORM, controllers, and module development**
- Proven expertise in developing **custom Odoo modules**
- Techno-functional knowledge of Odoo processes
- Experience working with **latest Odoo versions** and version migration
- Proficiency in **JavaScript, XML, and frontend customization**
- Strong knowledge of **PostgreSQL** and writing efficient SQL queries
- Experience in **QWeb report development**
- Familiarity with **Git** or other version control systems
- Working knowledge of **Linux-based environments**
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
