Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Odoo Developer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, customising, and maintaining Odoo ERP solutions while supporting business operations across various functional areas.

The role requires a strong understanding of Odoo development, business processes, and accounting workflows to deliver efficient and scalable ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, customise, and maintain Odoo ERP modules based on business requirements.
  • Implement and support Odoo Accounting, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, CRM, and HR modules.
  • Configure and optimise accounting workflows and financial processes.
  • Integrate Odoo with third-party applications and business systems.
  • Analyse business processes and provide ERP solutions that improve operational efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, perform upgrades, and support data migration activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver ERP solutions.
  • Maintain technical documentation and ensure adherence to development best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Odoo development and customisation.
  • Proficiency in Odoo Framework.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and hands-on experience with Odoo Accounting modules.
  • Experience in workflow customisation, module implementation, and system integration.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
