We are currently looking for a highly proactive and detail-oriented **OCP Networking Architect** to join one of our **clients' teams**.

Description
- As an OCP architect you will be responsible for working with the PCB team and System Architects to drive OCP based solutions that meet our customers' requirements and the highest quality standards.
- As part of this, you will work with all the stakeholders, from architects and Backend Leads to customers, understanding their requirements and supporting them, guiding the team to the solution platform.
- Experience architecting rack and datacenters based on OCP solutions
- Working knowledge of the OCP standards and reference designs
- Experience with complex PCB designs, including high frequency signals and tight routing resources
- Knowledge of scale up and scale out network solutions, like UALink, AFL, Infiniband, Ethernet, UEC and so on, including switching and topologies
- Experience with datacenter networking
- Experience with Switch architecture and Ethernet based protocols
- Good understanding of datacenter infrastructure and management support
- Knowledge of AI datacenter needs and requirements on hardware and firmware
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- English level C1
- 8+ years of experience in the role
- Bachelor, Master or PhD
