Occupational Therapist (OT)

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and support students with sensory, motor, functional, and developmental needs
• Develop and implement individualised therapy goals and intervention plans
• Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, parents, and the ALN team to support student progress
• Provide strategies to enhance students’ independence, sensory regulation, fine/gross motor skills, classroom participation, and daily functioning
• Support classroom adaptations and recommend appropriate interventions and accommodations
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and progress monitoring documentation
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to student support planning (IEPs/support plans)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Relevant professional licence/registration (where applicable)
• Experience working with children, preferably within school settings and/or SEND/ALN environments
• Strong understanding of sensory integration, functional skills development, and inclusive education practices
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in international or British curriculum schools is an advantage
