About This Role
Position Summary
We are seeking a qualified and compassionate **Occupational Therapist** to join our Medical Center in Qatar.
The successful candidate will assess, plan, and implement therapeutic programs to support patients in improving their ability to perform daily activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients' physical and mental condition related to their occupational performance.
- Develop customized intervention plans to enhance patients' daily functioning.
- Work collaboratively with physicians, other therapists, and caregivers.
- Document patient progress and adjust plans as needed.
- Educate patients and families on home programs and strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 4 years of post-licensure experience (preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Culturally competent and able to work in a diverse team.
- Licensing Requirements (Must Meet One of the Following):
- ✅ **Valid MOPH License** (Ministry of Public Health – Qatar)
OR
✅ **Completed DataFlow report + Passed Prometric Exam**
(*Note: Candidates who have not yet received the license but have completed both the Prometric and DataFlow may be considered.*)
