• We are supporting a major Water & Wastewater Operations and Management programme covering Jeddah, Makkah, Taif, and surrounding regions, serving approximately 8.9 million people.
• This is a full-time on-site leadership position based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
• We are currently looking for an experienced O&M and Performance Director with a strong background in municipal water network operations, NRW reduction, network performance improvement, and utility operations management.
• 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead NRW and water network performance improvement initiatives
• Support utility operations teams across multiple cities
• Monitor operational KPIs and implement performance improvement strategies
• Oversee Operations Control Centre activities related to O&M and customer services
• Support emergency response, incident management, and business continuity planning
• Coordinate technical support activities across water and wastewater networks
• Support water quality monitoring and regulatory compliance
• Analyse operational and network performance data to improve service delivery
• 🔹 Requirements:
• 15+ years of experience within Water & Wastewater O&M
• Strong experience managing municipal water distribution networks
• Proven background in NRW, DMA, leakage reduction, and network optimisation
• Experience within utility operations, network performance, or water distribution management
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Hydraulic, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline
• English mandatory \| Arabic highly preferred
