About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments and evaluate individual health goals, dietary habits, and lifestyle factors.
• Design and implement customized nutrition and meal plans tailored to executives and staff.
• Work closely with the Executive Chef and kitchen team to develop balanced, nutritious, and high-quality meal offerings.
• Provide professional guidance on healthy eating habits, portion control, weight management, and dietary supplementation.
• Monitor client progress and regularly adjust nutrition plans based on outcomes and changing health requirements.
• Deliver one-on-one consultations and educational sessions on nutrition and wellness.
• Maintain accurate records of nutritional assessments, recommendations, and progress reports.
• Stay informed about the latest developments, research, and best practices in nutrition, dietetics, and wellness.
• Ensure all nutritional recommendations comply with relevant health, safety, and dietary standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in nutrition, Dietetics, Clinical Nutrition, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in private households, VIP environments, executive wellness programs, luxury hospitality, or healthcare institutions.
• Registered Dietitian (RD) or equivalent professional certification preferred.
• Strong understanding of therapeutic diets, preventive nutrition, and lifestyle management.
• Knowledge of European and international dietary trends and cuisines.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain the highest levels of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
