The Role
- Managing the full admissions and registration process: This involves overseeing the process of accepting new students and managing their enrollment.
- Maintaining accurate student and family records: Keeping detailed records of students, their families, and any relevant information.
- Handling parent inquiries: Providing prompt and professional responses to parents' questions and concerns.
- Supporting communication between families and the nursery team: Facilitating communication to ensure families are informed and engaged.
- Collaborating with leadership: Working closely with the nursery's leadership team to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Ensuring compliance with regulations: Adhering to KHDA and other relevant regulatory requirements.
- Organized and people-focused approach: Thriving in a fast-paced nursery environment and having a customer-service mindset.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills: Effectively communicating with parents, staff, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced nursery environment: Handling the demands of a busy nursery setting with attention to detail.
Requirements
- Candidate must be based in the UAE
- Prior experience as a registrar for a similar institution.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong computer literacy, with database familiarity.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Working days: - Monday- Friday
• Work Timings: - 8:00AM-4:00PM
