Nursery Manager

About This Role

Job Summary:

Toddlers International Nursery is looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Nursery Manager, with Cache Level 5 Certificate and who can oversee and run the nursery's daily operation. As an EYFS we pride ourselves on having high standards of care and education along with a great environment for our children to learn, explore and develop. The successful candidate must be able to continue this whilst keeping a great relationship with the team, parents, partners and external providers.

Key Responsibilities:

· Establish and maintain a positive, safe and stimulating learning environment for our little ones.

· Create and implement fun and interesting educational programs that facilitate and support our children's development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.

· Supervise and evaluate nursery staff members, providing guidance, support, and mentoring when needed.

· Foster strong relationships with parents, addressing any concerns or requests in a timely and professional manner.

· Have a good relationship with KHDA, Dubai Municipality and DHA and keep up to date with relevant legislation, regulations, and best practices in childcare, implementing necessary improvements.

· Organize and participate in nursery events, weekly staff meetings, training sessions, and performance appraisals.

· Support marketing efforts by actively promoting the nursery and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, Child Development, and CACHE Level 5 Certified

· Proven present experience (minimum 3 years) as a Nursery Manager or a similar managerial role within a childcare setting.

· In-depth knowledge of the EYFS.

· Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of childcare professionals.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

· Outstanding organizational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.

· Familiarity with UAE licensing and regulatory requirements for nurseries.
