Responsible for the day-to-day running and administration of the nursery.
Serves as the nursery’s educational leader and is accountable for children’s and employees’ welfare.
Operations and leadership
- Maintain policies, procedures, regulations, records, and reports.
- Oversee scheduling, curriculum development, extracurricular activities, personnel management, emergency procedures, and facility operations.
- Organize, manage, and supervise nursery routines; make effective use of staff expertise.
- Build team spirit and support staff through coaching and mentoring.
Children’s learning and welfare
- Ensure children are supervised in a safe, stimulating learning environment aligned with the school’s mission and ethos.
- Oversee activities that support each child’s development, following nursery standards and considering current research.
- Support children’s progress within the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework and maintain an understanding of SEN.
Communication
- Communicate and liaise with parents and colleagues to support effective communication within the nursery.
Requirements
- Good communication skills are required.
- A CACHE Level 5 Diploma is required.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 8,000–12,000 per month.

- The role is full-time.
