Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a Remote Travel & Tourism Project Partner.
The individual will assist in executing and managing travel arrangements, facilitate corporate and group travel plans, and ensure logistics such as flights, visas, and accommodations are handled efficiently.
Duties
include providing exceptional customer service, maintaining timely communication with clients and partners, coordinating travel management processes, and ensuring effective execution of business travel objectives.
Attention to detail and responsiveness to changes will be central to this role.
Qualifications
- Experience with Travel Arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and visas
- Strong Communication skills and a customer-oriented approach
- Expertise in Customer Service and building client relationships
- Knowledge of Travel Management in a corporate or organizational context
- Familiarity with Business Travel protocols and practices
- Proven organizational skills and ability to handle dynamic travel logistics
- Proficiency in problem-solving and adapting to unforeseen circumstances
- Experience in the tourism or travel industry is an advantage
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus
