• Supporting traffic control and maintaining job site safety
• Executing physical tasks such as lifting, raking, shoveling, and sweeping
• Maintaining clean and organized work areas
• Following direction from foremen and site leadership
• Communicating effectively with crew members and supervisors
• Adhering to all Keeley Construction and OSHA safety protocols
• Minimum of 1+ years of construction or related experience
• Trade-specific experience preferred based on craft selection
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license (CDL is a plus where applicable)
• Clean driving record (no DUIs within the past 3 years)
• Ability to work in physically demanding outdoor environments
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and adapt across job functions
• Must pass pre-employment assessment and drug screening
• Physically demanding, hands-on field environment
• Exposure to various weather conditions
• Extended periods of standing, lifting, and repetitive motion
