Role Description:

We are seeking a NOC/Stakeholder Coordinator responsible for ensuring smooth project progress by coordinating communication between internal teams, external stakeholders, and regulatory authorities. The role requires experience with infrastructure and construction projects in Abu Dhabi, familiarity with government approval portals, securing timely approvals, and ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with government entities, consultants, contractors, and clients to support permit and approval processes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of approvals, NOCs, submissions, and official correspondence for all active projects.
  • Follow up on pending applications and proactively address delays by liaising with relevant authorities.
  • Ensure alignment and clear communication among all project stakeholders through regular updates, reports, and meetings.
  • Support engineering and planning teams by providing required stakeholder-related data and documentation.
  • Prepare and manage formal letters, status reports, and tracking sheets for internal and external communication.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum3 years’ experience in NOC/stakeholder coordination.
  • Strong English communication skills (Arabic is a plus).
  • Proven experience in infrastructure and construction projects within the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, including working with government approval portals.
  • UAE Driving License (required).
