Role Description

We are seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our infrastructure project team.

The successful candidate will assist the Senior Quantity Surveyor in quantity surveying, cost tracking, and contract administration activities related to infrastructure works.

The role involves supporting measurements, document preparation, payment certifications, and coordination with site teams and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing quantities, BOQs, and cost estimates for infrastructure works.
  • Support the review and verification of subcontractor invoices and progress claims.
  • Assist in the preparation and updating of project cost reports and payment logs.
  • Perform quantity take-offs from drawings and compare them with site execution for accuracy.
  • Track material usage and site measurements in coordination with site engineers.
  • Assist in preparing and compiling supporting documents for variations and claims.
  • Maintain organized records of contracts, drawings, and cost-related correspondence.
  • Liaise with procurement and site teams to support commercial activities.
  • Help monitor cost trends and highlight any deviations to the Senior Quantity Surveyor.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field

2–4 years of Quantity Surveying experience in infrastructure projects
