Responsibilities
- Review, prepare, and submit NOC applications with authority requirements to reduce response time and resubmissions.
- Coordinate with local authorities to obtain project NOCs.
- Process company registrations with authorities, developers, and service providers, and follow up on qualification procedures.
- Attend kickoff and coordination meetings and support construction NOC site issues.
- Manage drawing progress with the drafting department.
- Collect information for Design NOCs and as-built drawings, and update GIS records.
- Coordinate Design NOC applications with UAE municipalities, DM, RTA, and external stakeholders.
- Consult clients and engineering teams, research project requirements, and analyze survey and field data for reports.
- Liaise with other discipline teams, remote teams, sub-consultants, and sub-contractors to complete project tasks.
- Attend stakeholder meetings and follow up on NOCs for utility corridors.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- 5–6 years of relevant experience.
Work Location
- The role is full-time and based in person.
