Pay Range

  • Night Warehouse Associates play a pivotal role at Columbia Distributing. They are responsible for picking and preparing customer orders accurately for our delivery team. Working as a team is a critical part of this position's success.
  • Primary Responsibilities
  • Accurately pick customer orders using an electric pallet jack and/other provided technology
  • Perform all duties related to shipping and picking picking-to-pallet of products
  • Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards
  • Demonstrate positive, cooperative, and team-oriented behavior with co-workers, supervisors, managers consistent with those of the Company's Core Values at all times
  • Complete all other tasks or projects as assigned

  • This job operates mostly indoors with occasional outdoor work.
  • Physical Demands
  • Lift/carry/push/pull 50 lbs. repetitively and up to 165 lbs.

  • Expected Hours of Work
  • This is a full-time position, days and hours of work vary and may include weekends and overtime as necessary. Days/hours are Sunday -- Thursday beginning at 3:30PM
  • Travel
  • Required Education and Experience
  • Minimum of 18 years of age
  • Preferred Education and Experience
  • Experience in a warehouse, with logistics or material handling
  • Experience using a Pallet Jack
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Employees (and their families) are eligible to enroll in medical, dental and vision insurance after 60 days of continuous employment . Employees are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan after 90 days of continuous employment.
  • Employees receive eight paid holidays and one personal day per year and are eligible for 1 week paid vacation following 1 year of continued employment.
