Role overview

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and set a positive tone for their stay.
• Answer questions and provide information about hotel services, facilities, and the local area.
• Welcome visitors using the hotel's restaurants, bars, and meeting rooms.

• Branded hotel experience is preferred but not essential; full training is provided.
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts and days, including busier evenings and weekends.

Shift arrangements

• The hotel operates seven days a week, year-round.
• A range of shifts and days may be needed; shift patterns and contracted hours can be discussed at interview.

Compensation

• Pay is £13.21 per hour.

Training and development

• Nationally recognized apprenticeships are available alongside brand training.
