Responsibilities
- Oversee nightly audits and reconciliation, ensuring accurate reporting and internal controls.
- Post and reconcile daily financial activity across departments.
- Verify financial and credit card transactions and resolve discrepancies.
- Investigate reporting anomalies and collaborate with department leaders to improve audit accuracy.
- Support overnight operations, guest issues, and emergency situations as needed.
- Supervise, support, and coach team members and monitor performance.
