Oversee overnight hotel operations while delivering memorable guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Manage nightly audits and ensure accurate financial reporting and internal controls.
- Post and reconcile daily financial activity across departments.
- Verify financial and credit card transactions and resolve complex discrepancies.
- Investigate reporting anomalies and collaborate with department leaders to improve audit accuracy.
- Handle guest issues and assist in emergencies during overnight operations.
- Supervise team members, monitor performance, provide coaching, and foster a positive work environment.
