Responsibilities
- Oversee nightly audits, financial reporting, and adherence to internal controls.
- Post and reconcile the day’s financial activity across departments.
- Verify financial and credit card transactions and resolve complex discrepancies.
- Investigate reporting anomalies and root causes, working with department leaders to improve audit accuracy.
- Handle guest issues and assist with emergencies as needed.
- Supervise and support team members, monitor performance, coach staff, and foster a positive work environment.
