Requirements

  • - High school diploma or equivalent; additional experience in commercial janitorial or facilities services is a plus.
  • - Prior supervisory experience, including coaching, motivating, and leading a team across multiple sites.
  • - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • - Comfortable with regular local travel between client sites; valid driver's license and reliable vehicle recommended.
  • - Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods during site visits.
